Pleasant formed in 1999 in Chapel Hill, NC. They self released an LP in 2001 & an EP in 2002. Their final record, "Awkward As A Beehive" was produced & engineered by Zeno Gill (The Rosebuds, Portastatic) and Jeff Byrd (Spoon, Crooked Fingers). It features Sean Parker on Guitar, vocals and keyboards, Eric Hermann on drums, Maria Albani on bass and vocals and Mario Gonzalez on guitar and keyboards.
